Best Buy Facial Laceration

One kind of deals can you get at Best Buy?
How about a free facial laceration with your purchase!
My wife and I went in for an item at Best Buy for some Christmas shopping the other day, about two weeks ago.
Once I realized she wanted more than one item, I went to get a hand basket in the games section.
The basket was located in a basket holder that had one of those medal signs that says
"USE BASKETS FOR EASY SHOPPING".
It was the only basket in the holder and when I went to pull it out, it did not come out
& the corner of sign lurched forward and smacked me in the face!
The wound started to bleed so I went to the mens room to get a paper towel to slow the bleeding.
I went to the front of the store to find the manager to make him aware of the situation as I continued to bleed.
About five minutes later the manager shows up, fills out an accident report (which takes another twenty minutes)
then instructs me to go to a clinic to get it taken care of and they would be in touch with me about the accident.
Two clinics later (first one denied me service, they DON'T accept facial lacerations)I end up getting the wound care needed along with a Tetnis shot for just over $800. It is ten days later and not a word from Best Buy. No phonecall, no email, no snail mail, nada, zip not even this: (Dear Mr. Peterson, thank you for spending over two thousand dollars this year alone with us and by the way, how is your face healing from you last visit to our store?)
I received cosmetic damage to my face, pain and suffering from the injury and hours of my day having to recieve wound care and ten days later here I sit. What is a consumer to do? Why blog about it of course!
Let thousands of people know just what kind service you get after the sale!
